About the Role
As an Analyst, People Insights you will help HR Business Partners, business leaders, and talent stakeholders make informed workforce decisions. By combining business context with data-driven insights, you will identify trends, uncover opportunities, and deliver actionable recommendations that support hiring, retention, workforce planning, and organizational effectiveness.
In this role, you will build strong partnerships across HR, become a trusted advisor on workforce data, and leverage people systems such as Workday and Power BI to transform data into meaningful business outcomes.
Your Key Responsibilities
Partner with HR Business Partners and business leaders to understand talent challenges, identify root causes, and recommend data-driven solutions.
Analyze workforce data from multiple sources to identify trends, risks, and opportunities related to hiring, retention, and workforce effectiveness.
Build and maintain advanced analytical models and dashboards that extend beyond standard reporting capabilities.
Clean, validate, and interpret data, translating findings into clear insights and actionable recommendations for stakeholders.
Serve as a subject matter expert on people data and workforce analytics, helping improve data quality, reporting practices, and data literacy across HR.
Establish consistent analytics processes, methodologies, and reporting standards to support business decision-making.
Use statistical analysis, trend analysis, and modeling techniques to evaluate workforce outcomes and support strategic initiatives.
Continuously improve analytics tools, reporting processes, and stakeholder experiences.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
What You Bring
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in HR analytics, people analytics, workforce planning, or a related analytical field.
Proven ability to transform complex data into actionable business insights and recommendations.
Experience analyzing and interpreting large datasets from multiple sources.
Strong ability to communicate analytical findings to non-technical audiences through effective storytelling and data visualization.
Experience with Power BI, Microsoft Fabric, or similar data analytics and reporting tools.
Working knowledge of statistical methods, trend analysis, and workforce metrics.
Commitment to the responsible and ethical use of people data.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with Workday or other Human Capital Management (HCM) systems.
Experience supporting global HR organizations and workforce programs.
Experience developing advanced dashboards, automation solutions, or predictive analytics models.
Familiarity with employee engagement, performance, talent, or workforce planning data.
