Account Manager (Branding)

We are looking for an Account Manager to join our team in China! You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams within Snap, as well as external stakeholders to grow advertising revenue. The role includes thinking strategically about how to tailor Snap’s products to a client’s unique needs to setting a campaign live to troubleshooting and quickly resolving issues as they arise. What you'll do: Support strategic advertisers by providing brand-focused account management and campaign guidance on Snap Serve as a product advocate for Snap’s new and existing products, advising on best practices and brand-focused campaign optimizations, while partnering closely with the Client Partner to support brand strategy execution, product beta participation, and smooth account delivery. Review campaign performance data to identify key brand insights and trends, and act as a product and solution advocate for Snap’s brand offerings by advising on best practices and suitable formats (e.g. video, AR, creator-led ads). Provide day-to-day account support, coordinate with internal teams on campaign setup and issue resolution, and review brand campaign performance using upper- and mid-funnel metrics to summarize key learnings. Work closely with cross-functional teams (Creative Strategy, Marketing Science, Ops) to support campaign setup and measurement, and proactively identify, escalate, and resolve client or partner issues. Maintain clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and alignment Minimum Qualifications: BA/BS degree or equivalent 3+ years of experience in brand marketing, brand strategy, integrated marketing, or digital media Excellent communication, interpersonal skills with the ability to articulate strategic narratives and insights to senior stakeholder Strong Google Sheets/Slides skills, experience with analyzing datasets, and delivering actionable brand insights Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects while maintaining strict attention to detail and strong ownership Fluency in English and Mandarin Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of digital marketing landscape of China brand export online market would be a plus  Knowledge of brand measurement methodologies (e.g. brand lift, awareness and consideration metrics) in export retail & gaming industry Understanding of the China export digital marketing landscape and global brand-building challenges Understanding of media management within a biddable auction advertising environment and demonstrated skill in educating others (e.g., advertisers, agencies) Strong understanding of how creative, culture, and audience insights drive brand impact Ability to thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments and work effectively with both internal and external partners If you have a disability or special need that requires accommodation, please don’t be shy and provide us some information.
