Role Summary: As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will play a pivotal role in driving Mistral’s adoption among our most strategic enterprise customers. We are looking for highly action-oriented individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, love making deals, and have a strong bias for execution. While traditional enterprise sales experience is valuable, we are particularly interested in candidates with strategy consulting backgrounds or Investment Banking who are excited to transition into a high-impact commercial role. You will own the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and first introductions to closing complex enterprise agreements, working closely with our technical, implementation, and legal teams to deliver exceptional value to our customers. Success in this role means combining strategic insight, strong executive engagement, and disciplined deal execution to turn opportunities into long-term partnerships. What you will do: Lead Development (Strategic Outbound & Qualified Inbound) - Drive strategic outreach & leverage introductions to engage high-potential enterprise customers - Convert inbound opportunities into high-value partnerships, including upsells and bespoke enterprise agreements - Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities Value Proposition Validation - Support enterprise customers through Proof of Concept (POC) phases, ensuring a smooth and impactful evaluation process - Translate successful evaluations into long-term production contracts by demonstrating clear ROI and business impact - Align Mistral’s capabilities with customer strategic priorities Deal Management & Closing - Develop and execute strategic sales plans to convert leads into long-term customers - Act as the primary point of contact for external stakeholders throughout the entire sales cycle - Lead negotiations and collaborate with legal, technical, and implementation teams to finalize agreements Executive Engagement - Build strong relationships with C-level executives, innovation leaders, and senior decision-makers - Understand customer strategic priorities and position Mistral’s AI capabilities as a critical enabler of their initiatives - Guide executive stakeholders through complex technology adoption decisions Technical Collaboration - Develop a strong understanding of Mistral’s AI platform and technical capabilities - Work closely with implementation and engineering teams to address technical questions and ensure successful deployments Training & Enablement - Share customer insights internally to inform product development and strategy - Help internal teams better understand enterprise customer needs and market opportunities Who you are: Consulting or Strategic Background - Experience in strategy consulting (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or similar firms) - Strong ability to structure complex problems and translate strategy into action Commercial Mindset - Highly action-oriented with a strong bias toward execution - Passion for deal-making and turning opportunities into closed agreements - Ability to operate in fast-paced and ambiguous environments Executive Presence - Comfortable engaging and influencing C-level executives - Strong communication and storytelling skills Nice to Have - Experience working on large transformation projects (AI, infrastructure, telecom, energy, or digital transformation) - Familiarity with AI, data platforms, or enterprise software ecosystems - Ideally had a first role in sales; business development, deal closing roles What We Offer: 💰 Competitive cash salary and equity 🥕 Food : Daily lunch vouchers 🥎 Sport : Monthly contribution to a Gym pass subscription  🚴 Transportation : Monthly contribution to a mobility pass 🧑‍⚕ Health : Full health insurance for you and your family 🍼 Parental : Generous parental leave policy 🌎 Visa sponsorship
