TARGET LOCATION: CHICAGO (CST) OR NY (EST) IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL: - Prospect, build & manage a sales pipeline within the Enterprise segment, both from new business & upsell - Build & maintain relationships with key stakeholders & executives in Research, Product & Design, and help them to achieve their business goals through our platform - Partner with internal resources across business development, customer success, support, legal, security, finance & leadership to execute customer contracts - Forecast performance accurately against revenue targets - Share best practices & product feedback to make your teammates and our product suite even better WHAT YOU NEED: - 5+ years of quota carrying SaaS sales experience with a history of over achievement and experience managing full cycle sales - Proven ability to strategically manage deal progression with a commitment to a qualification methodology. - Experience working with external stakeholders across procurement, legal, security, & executives - Passionate about our core mission and a creative problem solver - Experience territory planning, account planning, prospecting & selling into teams - Experience with sales tools like CRMs, prospecting, AI and automation tools to intelligently drive efficiency and insight - Strong communication skills, presentation polish & poise - Able to effectively navigate ambiguity and succeed in a fast paced, fully remote work environment - Ability to travel periodically to represent Maze at Conferences BONUS POINTS IF: - You're passionate and/or have experience in the research & design tooling space - You have worked in a fast growing startup environment - You have a track record of quick promotion and have demonstrated strong success in developing nurturing strategies within existing self-service business WHAT IT'S LIKE TO BE ON THIS TEAM: - We win as a team, not as lone wolves - We believe in feedback and growth and show up ready for coaching - We work as entrepreneurs of our books and are passionate about influencing GTM strategy - We don’t see problems, we see solutions - We see our team culture as a top priority and strive to forge great working relationships on our team and cross functionally - We deeply care not only about our own success, but that of our team and Maze INCLUSIVITY AND PAY At Maze, we are dedicated to building an equitable, inclusive, and authentic workspace.
