This program provides Summer Analysts with valuable guidance through mentorship, continuous feedback, technical and soft skill training, networking opportunities with professionals across the firm and the unique chance to fully immerse themselves in Blackstone's culture. Real Estate Asset Management Blackstone’s Real Estate Asset Management Group (‘AM’) leads all post-acquisition investment activities. AM’s investment professionals oversee the full lifecycle of an investment, including setting business plans, identifying value creation opportunities and executing transactions to monetize an investment.
