■業務内容：
生産技術開発職は、最先端半導体メモリの製造において、生産性向上、歩留まり向上、製造フローの最適化など重要な業務を担います。 生産技術開発職の仕事は多岐にわたるため、いずれかの部門・ポジションでのマッチングを行います。
＜具体的な業務一例＞
・プロセスエンジニア
化学反応や動作条件の最適化を行い、新しい装置や条件を生産に適用する。各要素技術のエキスパート。
・製品技術エンジニア
製品プロセスの構築・改善を担当。不良・スペック外発生の原因分析、プロセス改善を行う。
・装置エンジニア
生産装置の構造・動作理解を深め、装置の改良や生産性向上に寄与。
・生産工学エンジニア
データ解析を通じて生産性を高めるための改善提案や生産計画の立案を担当。
・品質技術エンジニア
原材料管理、クリーンルーム環境、生産プロセス、検査システム、出荷テストなど品質保証に関する業務。
■育成環境：
社内でも未経験のエンジニアが多く就業しています。育成環境は整っており、入社後は半導体の基礎を学ぶトレーニングや、メンターがフォローする体制を用意しています。英語についても外国人講師によるトレーニングなど充実したプログラムを実施しています。他にもプレゼンテーション資料等の作成フォローを担う英語ヘルプデスクも社内に設置されています。同世代の同僚と切磋琢磨しながら、成長することが出来る環境です。
■就業環境について：

About the Role
As a member of the Production Engineering Development team, you will play a critical role in the manufacturing of cutting‑edge semiconductor memory products. Your mission includes improving productivity, optimizing yield, and enhancing the overall manufacturing workflow.
Because responsibilities vary widely, we will match each candidate to the most suitable department and position.
Key Responsibilities (Example Roles)
Process Engineer
Optimize chemical reactions and operating conditions
Introduce new process conditions and equipment into mass production
Serve as a subject‑matter expert in specific element technologies
Product Engineer
Develop and improve product manufacturing processes
Analyze root causes of defects and out‑of‑spec events
Implement process enhancements to stabilize quality and yields
Equipment Engineer
Deepen understanding of equipment structure and operation
Drive equipment upgrades and process improvements
Contribute to higher production efficiency and equipment stability
Manufacturing Engineering (Industrial Engineering) Engineer
Conduct data-driven analysis to identify improvement opportunities
Propose measures to maximize productivity
Support production planning and workflow optimization
Quality Engineering Engineer
Manage raw materials, cleanroom environment, and production processes
Oversee inspection systems and final shipment testing
Ensure high quality standards throughout the manufacturing cycle
Training & Development
